The Kitchen Table

When I go to visit family in Marshfield, WI, a stop at The Kitchen Table for breakfast or lunch is almost always a necessity. By the way, I have previously reviewed this restaurant on urbanspoon.com.

The Kitchen Table is uniquie with it's home baked breads and pies, its community (i.e. kitchen table) seating, and it made from scratch food. Always a good meal here. This morning I had the peasant omelet: potatoes, bacon, green onions, and cheese in a three egg omelet with a wonderful whole wheat toast (real whole wheat toast, not the "lite" version you get most places) and some fruit. Once again, the meal was wonderful and quite a value as well. If you get to Marshfield, make sure you look it up and give it a try sometime. You will not be disappointed!
